Improving Clinical Workforce Effectiveness

Workforce shortages, historic under-spending on critical information technologies and a focus on patient safety are putting limits on the potential for profitable growth. Creative temporary fixes are continually being devised, but longer-term strategies must be developed and implemented.

A joint interdisciplinary client/TealStone team consisting of physicians, nurses, financial professionals and other key staff will support building the platform required for the entire organization to acknowledge the tight skilled talent pool and to enthusiastically endorse redefining the current care delivery model. The joint team will diagnose current capabilities. An action plan will be developed for implementing the organizational, operational, technology and accountability aspects of the solution.
